Transparency Code Guidelines to Publishing Documents
The Transparency Code requires the following information to be published:
- Annual Governance Statement to be published by 1st of July each year.
- Code of Conduct should cover the Councillor’s obligations about their conduct and disclosure obligations.
- Complaints Procedure.
- The Freedom of Information Act requires every public authority to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities. Details can be found on the Publication schemes: a guide | ICO
- Standing Orders.
- Parish Plan.
- Notice of Electors’ Rights.
